• Maintains integrity of spreadsheets, sales & purchase ledgers and journals Vouchers.
• Utilizes related software to run reports and queries for various monthly processes.
• Reconciles banks statements and parties’ accounts with our ledger.
• Prepares the closing stocks of all departments in every month end.
• Collects orders from clients and make sales contracts.
• Prepares the Goods Delivery Notes.
• Checks invoices for inaccuracies.
• Contacts clients about invoices that are past due.
• Contacts customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about
their account.
